Registration and Accreditation

WAPES members and invited participants can register their participation on the WWC website. When registering, You can choose which days you will attend the event and Your preference of parallel sessions.

Badges will be distributed at the entrance of the The Creative Hub before the start of the General Assembly on 26th of April 2022 or before the start of the conference on 27th of April 2022 .

The deadline for registration is 1st of April 2022.


The meeting will take place at Kultuurikatel/The Creative Hub (Põhja puiestee 27a, 10415 Tallinn). The Creative Hub is very close to the Old Town and City Center and within short distance from the venue, airport, seaport and coach terminal.


Interpretation will be available to and from Estonian, English, French and Spanish. Delegates preferences for interpretation should be indicated via the registration form.


Gala-dinner will take place on the 1st of December at Lennusadam/Seaplane Harbour  (Vesilennuki 6, 10145 Tallinn). It is possible to have a tour in the museum as well.

Specific dietary preferences of the delegates should be indicated via the online registration form.


Transport to and from the airport (and seaport), venue, listed hotels, gala-reception and cultural visits will be arranged by Eesti Töötukassa.

Weather at the end of November and at the beginning of December can be very unpredictable. The temperature is around 0 degrees Celsius and it can rain or snow. It is advised to follow the weather forecast in order to dress appropriately.


In Estonia, the official language is Estonian. Russian and English are widely spoken as well. In general, Estonians are non-religious people. Two of the main religions are Eastern Orthodox and Lutheran. Please let us know, if You have any special requests regarding Your religion.
